Here are some pictures of experiences and work that I have been involved with recently.

This is a garden that we maintain for a wheelchair user, there are no steps anywhere in the garden and there is an area of raised vegetable beds so the owner can still do some gardening himself.

Lighting at night can make a dramatic difference to a garden. This ultra modern house is really set off with its LED lighting.

This is a garden that we have planted with low maintenance in mind. There are different varieties of grasses and evergreens to give all year interest and texture to the beds. The Carex aurea in the back bed gives a wonderful contrast to the freshly cut and rolled lawn.

The following client has a large lawned area at the front and rear of his house. The landscapers tried to incorporate three wildflower beds but these were positioned under trees, so there was limited light and moisture in the soil and consequently weren't very successful. We have cut back the die back and are waiting to see what the client wants with the beds this year.

A quick shot of me doing some precision mowing.

This is quite a shaded garden on a new estate. It was full of builders rubble when we started looking after it for the client, but is now a quiet haven of calm.

The lawn on this garden seems to go on for ever and is accentuated by the roller lines.

This is a modern geometric design outside of a modern designer house. The client loves his lawns and different seed mixes have been used to create different colours and texture.

Enjoying some digging on a winters morning.

And a very enjoyable morning getting some training on tractor driving, towing and trailer reversing.
